Fees, formats, & lead time.

What's your speaking fee?

My fees vary by event type, audience size, format, travel, and level of customization. Rates are tiered across corporate, association, academic, and nonprofit engagements, with flexibility for mission-aligned causes and student audiences.

How much lead time do you need?

Four to eight weeks is ideal for a tailored keynote: enough time to understand the audience, sharpen the outcome, and make the examples feel like they belong in your room. Two to three weeks can work for the signature talk. Last-minute requests are case by case.

Do you travel?

Yes. I'm based in Florida and travel domestically and internationally. Travel and accommodations are typically handled by the host organization or reimbursed per the engagement agreement.

Virtual or in-person?

Both. In-person gives the strongest room feel, but I also deliver virtual keynotes, fireside chats, and workshops with the same preparation and intent.

How long is a typical talk?

45 to 60 minutes with optional Q&A is standard. I also do 20–30 minute talks for conference breakouts and luncheons, 30–45 minute fireside chats, and half-day workshops.

Can you customize the talk for our audience?

Always. Every booking includes a pre-event call to understand your audience, the outcome you want, and any stories or language that should, or should not, be part of the talk. Customization is part of the work. It is not an upcharge.

What audiences do you speak to?

Corporate conferences and kickoffs, leadership offsites and executive programs, universities and student organizations, nonprofit galas and fundraisers, legal and bar associations, and disability / accessibility summits.

Onstage & day-of.

What are your AV requirements?

Standard AV works for most events: a lavalier or headset mic, a confidence monitor if available, and HDMI/projector for slides if they are in the plan. Hands-free audio is best. For virtual events I run a professional camera, audio, and lighting setup.

Will you use slides?

Sometimes. The signature talk works with or without slides. If your format calls for visuals, I'll bring a deck matched to your event's brand.

Do you do Q&A or meet-and-greets?

Yes to both. Moderated or open Q&A is easy to add. Post-talk meet-and-greets, small-group executive conversations, or private debriefs can be built into the engagement.

Can we record the talk?

In most cases, yes — with terms agreed up front. We'll confirm recording and distribution rights as part of the engagement agreement.

What does accessibility look like for you on stage?

I walk and speak independently. A few things I will ask about: a ramp or step-free path to stage, a stool at stage-side for longer events, and mic placement that works with my reach. We will go through the specifics on our pre-event call.
