Jeff Wray was born with severe physical disabilities affecting all four limbs and his mouth. His lived reality includes a left leg Symes amputation with a prosthetic, a right leg AFO, hand differences from amniotic band syndrome, craniofacial surgery, and more than 20 surgeries before adulthood. His family raised him with a clear standard: different did not mean less capable.
That standard carried him through public school, Stetson University, a BS in Computer Information Systems, an MBA, and a career building technology for Fortune 100 clients. Today, Jeff serves as Director of Technology at Mobilozophy and founded Fractional CTO Solutions, where he helps founders and growing businesses make cleaner technology decisions.
His message is also forged at home. Jeff is a father who protects steady routines with his daughter.
